OVERTIME.
2. Overtime rates apply before 9 am and after 6 pm. Overtime between 9 am and 6 pm is at the normal hourly rate. (ie 5-6 pm if the day booking starts at 9 am.)
3a. The overtime rate is one-and-a-half times the normal hourly rate between 6 pm and 12 am.
b. A special rate is negotiated for night work between 12 am and 9 am.
c. Work on Saturdays is at one-and -a-half times the normal rate.
d. Work on Sundays is at double the normal rate.

TERRITORY
4. All fees are quoted for the UK only, for 1 year within 18 months of the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

USAGE
5. An additional rate is payable for any other use of the photographs, or reproductions or adaptations thereof, or drawings therefrom, either complete or in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording or drawings, other than the permitted use. Unless otherwise agreed the 'permitted use' is for editorial, experimental or press advertising and EXCLUDES any posters, packaging, display material ( ie showcards, swing tickets etc.) and record covers. It is not permitted to use photographs for any purpose whatsoever until all fees have been paid.

ADDITIONAL USAGE
6. The client is responsible for negotiating the additional rate payable POSTERS, PACKS, DISPLAY MATERIAL (ie showcards, swing tickets) and RECORD COVERS at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed these additional fees will be for the UK only for a period of one year within 18 months of the booking, in the UK only, for the purpose or purposes agreed.

TRAVEL
7. Travel time will be charged at half the hourly rate. This applies to travel outside a 5 mile radius of Hyde Park Corner (ie Chiswick in the West, Golders Green and Highgate Village in the North, Mile End in the East, Streatham Hill and Tooting Bec in the South).

SUPPLEMENTARY FEES
8. The agency charges a supplement of 20% on all hourly, daily and usage fees (except when accepting bookings for Performers in British television commercials under the terms of the current Equity/IPA Agreement).

INVOICING
9. All fees (including agency fees) will be invoiced by the model agent. Fees for the agent's services are charged only to the employer and are included as 33.3% of the invoice total. VAT is charged in addition as appropriate.

PAYMENT
10. On all invoices payment is required within 30 days of date of invoice. In all cases the person booking the model will be invoiced and solely responsible for payment, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

EXCLUSION FEES
11. A special fee will be negotiated when the work is in conjunction with a product which precludes work for competing products. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to check whether conflicting work has been done. If a model advertises a product he/she is able to work for any competitor unless an exclusion fee is negotiated.

FITTINGS/HAIRDRESSING
12. Fees for fittings and hairdressing will be a minimum of half the hourly rate (with a minimum of £50 per hour).

LOCATION BOOKINGS
13. If a model on location is prevented from returning to London to work - half the daily fee is to be paid.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
14. Provisional bookings will be automatically cancelled if they are not confirmed within 24 hours of the proposed booking, or if a definite booking is offered and the provisional cannot be confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS (Applies to stills bookings only)
15. If a booking is cancelled within one working day of the starting time the full fee will be charged, unless the same model is re-booked within 24 hours in which case half the fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled outside the one day period but within two working days of the starting time then half the fee will be charged. Bookings of more than three days duration: if the booking is cancelled within a period equal to the length of the booking, then the full fee is charged. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are excluded from these calculations. This is a reciprocal arrangement between model and client.

WEATHER-PERMITTING BOOKINGS
16. At the first cancellation, a half fee is charged (unless the client fails to cancel in time to prevent the model's attendance). At the second cancellation the full fee is charged.

TV BOOKINGS
17. TV Bookings for Performers are subject to the British Actors Equity Association's agreements.
17a. Overseas Commercials. As per Crawfords' current overseas commercials agreement, which must be signed by the client before a booking can be confirmed. Copy available on request.
17b. Documentaries. As per current Equity approved form of engagement. Please ask for a copy when booking.

VIDEOS
18. For all videos the normal daily rates will apply PLUS a buy-out to be negotiated.

TEST & EXPERIMENTAL PHOTOGRAPHY
19. A Photographer is not entitled to use test and experimental photographs for commercial purposes unless specific arrangements have been made with the model agent before the photographic session.

LOCATION BOOKINGS
20. When a location booking is made the client must provide information about transport to and from the location).

MEALS
21. Clients are responsible for models' meals on all booking outside the London area (see 7.)

COMPLAINTS
22. Any causes for complaint should be reported to The Agency when it arises. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect.

PLEASE NOTE
23. We as agents whilst every endeavour is made to provide satisfactory and efficient service to our clients we cannot be held responsible for a models conduct on an assignment.

We reserve the right to negotiate within the structure of these terms and conditions.
